It has been published today (25.02.2010) that SamKnows has been reappointed to expand its research into UK broadband speeds in conjunction with Ofcom.

The aim of the research is to provide consumers with more reliable and accurate statistics on the actual performance of broadband connections across the UK.

KC is proactively asking its customers to register to be part of the research.

Why?

Many national surveys exclude Hull and the East Riding from its research or use a very small representation of connections due to the geographical size of this region (Hull and the East Riding of Yorkshire). If more Karoo customers take part in these surveys, the results will provide a clearer picture of broadband speeds in the local area.
