*Karoo Lite is £8.49 per month for the first three months, £12.99 per month thereafter. A set-up charge of £30 will apply. Additional usage fees may also apply. Subject to a new 18 month contract and payment by Direct Debit.
+Broadband speeds are affected by line length, quality and peak internet usage periods and will range from 160Kbps to a maximum of 8000Kbps. P2P and Usenet traffic may be restricted at busy times.
†Karoo Mid is £12.99 per month for the first three months, £16.99 per month thereafter. A set-up charge of £47 applies to 1 month contracts on Karoo Mid and Karoo Pro. Downgrade and usage fees may also apply. Payment by Direct Debit only.

Why are we upgrading?
Broadband is constantly evolving and improving. Your needs are changing too, and we want to make sure you can enjoy all that the web has to offer. If you are a Karoo Lite, Mid or Pro customer, this upgrade means you can access applications like BBC iPlayer and YouTube much faster*, as well as any new technology that might come along. You will also enjoy greater stability on your line*.
So what do you need to do?
If you are already on one of our new Karoo packages - absolutely nothing! Your upgrade is automatic and FREE and your monthly subscription remains the same. So just sit back and relax while we switch you over.

You may also want to check www.karoo.co.uk/hardwarecompatibility to make sure your broadband equipment (modem / router) is compatible with the new services. All new hardware from Kingston Communications is compatible, though some old routers and USB modems may not give you the full benefits of the new technology. Check out our website to make sure!
Service interruptions.
Over the coming weeks, work will be carried out to upgrade our service to ADSL2+. This will be done over two phases and always during the night to reduce any inconvenience to you. During the first phase you may experience a short interruption of no more than 2-3 minutes. During our second phase you may experience an interruption of up to 45 minutes, but don't worry, your service will be back up and running straight away.
