How do I access the Spam Quarantine folder?

1. Click here which will take you to the email quarantine login page as shown below.

2. Log into your email quarantine by entering your Karoo email address and the password for that email account.

3. You will be taken to your spam quarantine folder. It will look something like this:

To select any emails that you do not believe are spam, check the relevant boxes and then click on 'Not Spam'.

To delete items in your spam quarantine folder, check the relevant boxes and then click 'Delete'.

If I don’t delete junk email, how long will it stay in the ‘spam quarantine folder’?
The junk email folder holds spam for 21 days.

Why have you quarantined my email?
Sometimes, very rarely an email can get trapped in 'quarantine'. This is because the system is unsure as to whether the origin of the email is reliable or not and therefore traps the email for you to assign as ‘spam’ or ‘not spam’. Emails in the quarantine folder are available to access for up to 21 days of receipt. You can access your quarantine spam folder here.
