What if the spam filter does not catch all of my spam?

You can increase the intensity of the blocking facility, which may help you manage the volume of spam you receive more effectively.

Please note: Customers using the highest anti-spam option ‘Aggressive’ will need to regularly check their spam quarantine folder to make sure that ‘non-spam’ emails have not been detected as spam. You can find the junk email folder here.
