How do I turn the junk email filtering (anti-spam) service off?
We always recommend that you do not do this and at least keep the default settings Karoo recommends. However, if necessary follow these steps.
1. Go to ‘My Account’ at www.karoo.co.uk. This takes you to the Karoo Control Panel.
2. Log into your account by entering your Karoo username (nodename) and password.
3. Click on the link ‘Change Your Spam Settings’.
4. You will need to ensure you select ‘Off’.
