Anti-Spam Help Files

How do I set up the spam filter for my Karoo email?

1. Go to 'My Account' at www.karoo.co.uk. This takes you to the Karoo Control Panel.

2. Log into your account by entering your Karoo username (nodename) and password.

3. Click on the link ‘Change Your Spam Settings’ and you will be shown this screen:

4. Select the level of spam filtering you wish to receive by clicking in the appropriate circle (Karoo defaults to its recommended setting of ‘Strong’).

Please note: If you select ‘Aggressive’ you will need to check your junk email folder regularly to make sure that legitimate emails have not been detected as spam.
You can find the spam quarantine folder here.
