To create a new dial up connection you need to select:
'My computer'
'Dial Up Networking'
The screen below should appear

Double left click on: 'Make new connection'

The first screen will prompt you for a name for the connection and the
type of modem
that you want to connect with.
Enter these details and then select 'Next' from the options at the bottom
of the screen.

The next screen prompts you for the dial up number to connect to Karoo.
You must ensure you enter the correct number for the Karoo account you
have, or you won't be able to connect.
Karoo dial up numbers are as follows:
Karoo Broadband accounts - 1,50
Karoo AnyTime accounts - 08440 464000
Karoo HomeTime accounts - 08440 464100
Karoo FreeTime accounts - 08440 464200
Karoo PAYG accounts - 08440 969696
Karoo Standard/Business accounts - 0845 3210000
Outside of Hull accounts - 0845 1281514
Also there is an option to select your country code. If you are in the
UK, set this to UK (44)
click 'Next'.

The next screen shows you have finished entering all the information needed.
Simply click 'Finish'.

Dial up connection properties

Right click on the new connection you have just created and select 'Properties'
from the options.
On the general Tab you have the options to alter the Dial Up Number, country
code and connection device. These should already be set up correctly.
Select the 'Server Types Tab' at the top of the screen and you will see
the options to set the type of dial-up server and advanced options. They
need to be set as show above - with no ticks in any boxes apart from TCP/IP
Next click the 'TCP/IP Settings' button.

You should not alter the IP address. This will prevent you from connecting
if you alter it. Simply leave it as server assigned.
You then have the options of using DNS servers (Domain Name Servers).
Distributed database of IP addresses to domain names.
If you want to use these the addresses are - Primary - 212.50.160.100
and Secondary - 213.249.130.100.
