As a Karoo customer you get 25MB of webspace and your own domain name absolutely FREE!
You will have received this information in your welcome letter – your webspace address will look something like this: www.username.karoo.net
Having a private webspace means you can store hundreds of pages and pictures for your personal use over the internet. The benefits of having a webspace is that should your hard disk fail or PC stop working, you won’t lose your valuable data, as it’s stored over the internet.
Things you might like to use your webspace for are:
- Creating online photo albums
- Creating a personal information site
- Creating an online CV
- Learning new skills such as web design
