As one of the biggest employers within the
city, we want to be at the heart of the very
community we serve.
By donating time, resource and financial assistance to support initiatives and partnerships that are relevant and of value to our local communities, we are able to make a positive difference with our Community Grants, Football in the Community and the Hull Children's University.
Employees vote to choose a Group Charity of the Year on which we focus the company's fundraising activities. Our nominated charity for 2008/09 is Brainwave, a charity that works with children suffering from brain injury, developmental delay or genetic conditions.
Every three months we invite schools, local projects and organisations in Hull and East Yorkshire to apply for one of three KC Community Grants worth £500, £250 or £150.
