If you find it difficult to read our standard printed bills then we can provide you with bills in large print or Braille format. We can also arrange for your bill to be sent to an alternative address of a friend or a relative.
You can order your bill in a different format or change your billing address by contacting our Customer Service team on 0800 915 5148.
You can also view your account/bill online by registering with KCOnline This service is free and allows you view and analyse your itemised bill, make secure payments and to set up a Direct Debit.

For people who find it difficult to pay their bill we also offer a Budget Scheme to allow you to spread your phone bill over 12 monthly payments.
