New service helps you to find what you were looking for online …
… even when you get it wrong
When entering a website's URL into the address bar of your internet browser, it is easy to make mistakes. From adding too many 'w' at the beginning to simply mis-spelling it altogether, it is frustrating when an error page appears rather than the website you were expecting.
For this reason, we have implemented a new system for Karoo customers which works by re-directing 'error' traffic to a search engine results page. This means that when you type an unrecognised website address into your address bar, you will be directed to a search engine results page rather than receiving an error message.
We believe this new system will help our customers find what they are looking for more easily, but if you would prefer not to see these suggested search results, you can easily opt out of this system by following the instructions provided on the Help section of our website.
