Customers downgrading (i.e. from a higher monthly price to a lower monthly price) are not eligible for the offer. Karoo Lite is £5.99 for the first 3 months. £12.99 a month thereafter
• Karoo broadband requires a Kingston Communications telephone line
• A set-up charge of £29.99 applies to Karoo Lite
• Karoo Mid and Karoo Pro are available on a one month rolling contract for a small £47 set-up charge
• Prices shown are by Direct Debit. Add £1 to the monthly rental price for other payment types
• You will incur additional usage fees if you go over your monthly usage allowance, but we will email you to remind you about this. Read our ‘usage’ section in our FAQ here
• We will always provide you with the best possible speed your line can support up to a maximum of 24Mbps, however the speed you will receive is dependant on many factors including distance from the exchange and the wiring in your home
• An Early Termination Fee, being equal to the fees payable for the remainder of the minimum contract term, will be chargeable if you terminate your broadband service during the minimum contract term.
