Opting for this service means you will be able to view your bills online but can still pay in any way that suits you. If you do not have access to the internet, you can still take advantage of the discount.

I've signed up for paper-free billing but am not registered with KCOnline. How do I know when my bill is due?

We are the first UK telephone company to introduce a paper-free billing option for customers who do not have, or want the internet at home. Customers that have taken this option can call our balance enquiry line on the same number they registered. There will be a menu option to receive the outstanding balance of your current bill. Customers will also receive a letter on confirmation that they will no longer receive a paper statement which will include a reminder of their Direct Debit payment date.
